Freezas ship is a randomly generated structure, that appears on Namek. It is only generated once, and is one of the safe zone locations, with a trainer.

Their are two healing pods generate inside Freezas ship, they count as structures since they aren't items or entities. Their made up of blocks. This is also the only way to get the healing pod outside of creative since their seems to be no way to craft the blocks that make up the healing pod. Also moving them may be a bad idea as their may be no way to move the blocks that make them up.

aside from normal Namek NPCs wandering in, the only NPC on the ship is Freeza.
He is a trainer, though only trains people with negative Karma.
